Hugo represents businesses licensing their own records: messages, email, documents, tickets, CRM, accounting and industry software. Every record comes measured, rights-checked and de-identified, and the people whose messages are in it are asked first. Hugo acts for the businesses and is paid by them.
What comes with a record

- A measured datasheet
Counts by system and month, how many conversations explain a decision, and how well records join up across systems. Measured from the exports, not estimated.
- A rights check with sources
What staff and customers were told, contract limits, earlier licences and pending sales, with the clauses quoted.
- The people in it were asked
Owners can ask each person whose messages are included to opt in. You see how many did, and anyone who declined is taken out.
- De-identified in a clean room
Names, contact details and account numbers come out before you see a sample. Payroll, HR and health records never go in.
- One set of terms
Permanent or time-limited exclusivity, or none. Training, testing or environment building. Updates while the business keeps operating.
- Escrow and delivery
You pay into escrow, records arrive through the clean room, and the business is paid when you accept them.

- Bid on the standard terms
Every buyer bids on the same terms, so the owner compares like with like.
- License and receive
Escrow, delivery through the clean room, and updates on the schedule you agreed.
