Terms for using Hugo.
These terms govern use of Hugo's website, business applications, buyer and investor accounts, and related review workflows.

You may use Hugo only lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or another person. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for protecting access to your account.
Business listings
Submitting an application does not publish a listing. Hugo may approve a business to prepare an opportunity, then separately approve publication. You give Hugo permission to host, review, and display the information needed to operate the marketplace.
No circumvention
Hugo is not a bare email-introduction service. If you meet a counterparty through Hugo, you agree not to take the relationship off-platform solely to avoid Hugo's process, access controls, or marketplace terms. Specific fee terms, if any, are disclosed separately and may depend on the type of transaction.
No investment offer or professional advice
General information on Hugo is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to purchase securities. Any transaction may require separate review, agreements, and qualified partners for funds, custody, or regulated execution.
Availability and changes
Hugo may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict access to protect users or the service. Early product features may change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable content
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, malicious code, unlawful content, or highly sensitive personal information that the product does not request. Do not attempt to bypass account, review, or security controls.
